Guido Pella was honoured with a wild card to participate in Sony Open Tennis, the second Masters 1000 of the season.
The Bahía Blanca native recieved that invitation after an arrangement between his manager and IMG company.
Pella will face american young gun Jack Sock (21 years and 103° in ATP ranking) in first round.
Guido, who arrived to second round last year, will try to recover after been defeated in Indian Wells qualification and in Irving Challenger first round.
